Description The Consulting Firm to support the Formulation of Strategic Plan for Promoting One Village One Product in Agricultural Sector from 2019-2030 is to engage productivity and quality of agricultural productions for market competitions, increase income and contribute to sustainable natural resources. The Consulting Firm will help the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) Technical Working Group to Promote One Village One Product and Department of Planning and Statistics of MAFF to draft the Strategic Plan for Promoting One Village One Product in Agriculture Sector from 2019- 2030. The Consulting Firm will be accountable for MAFF’s Technical Working Group to Promote One Village One Product and MAFF DPS Director. The Consulting Firm will undertake analytical reviews of existing National Policy on Promotion of One Village One Product (OVOP) Movement from 2016-2026 and other Policies or Strategic Plans of MAFF. The final assignment is a final draft of Strategic Plan for Promoting One Village One Product in Agricultural Sector from 2019-2030 and is acceptable to MAFF’s Technical Working Group and Department Planning and Statistics. Specific method and approaches: the Formulation of Strategic Plan for Promoting One Village One Product in Agricultural Sector from 2019-2030, is process of consultation, field data collection, market survey, farmer’s organization survey, and private industrial survey, and development partners. The farmer organization survey for sample eight provinces, with 1124 farmers survey, 24 focus group discuss for farmer organization members, 19 private companies, and 4 consultation workshops for development partners and government agencies. |
